I've received some super work already - well done! Here is what has been sent in already (with permission to put it on the website): Aroosh has been busy working on his spellings and cursive handwriting. Hanna wrote a great story called 'Disappear'. Szymon completed an 'All About Me' worksheet. (Names are withheld on all other work). I've also received two very interesting projects: one about cheetahs and one about Latvia. I've learned many new things myself from reading these projects!
Well done everyone! I love seeing what you are all doing at home!

Hi everybody!
Hope you are all well! We are all really missing you! On the 'Home Learning' page above, we have a suggested plan for you for Monday. We do understand that everyone has different situations at home and that some pupils might not be able to get everything done or they might be able to get some extra work done. Please do what fits for your family. It's important to not get stressed. Please take care of yourselves and make sure that you are getting outside for some exercise every day. Earlier in the year, we learned about doing things that help us feel positive emotions. Now is an important time to remember our 'Feel-Good-Flow', our 'Attitude of Gratitude' and the importance of kindness. I've left a video message for you on the 'Home Learning' page too. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and seeing the work that you've been doing at home. Below, I've also included a video of 'Not Your Typical Dragon' - I know I promised that we would watch it! Stay safe! Sarah :) I know that we had been preparing for our play, 'Not Your Typical Dragon', before the school closed. I had also promised that we would have a look at the original story, which we never got to do. Have a look at the video of the story being read aloud below. You'll notice that I made a few small changes in the script, but it is mostly the same as the original story. I really do hope that we can continue our rehearsals when we are back at school! I know you were really enjoying it and you were all doing such a great job! Home learning activities for each week will now be on the 'Home Learning' page above.
Also on this page is a submission form where one piece of work can be submitted each week. I can then give some feedback - it'll be great to keep in touch! There is also an option on the form to choose if pupils would like me to share their work on our class page. We really miss everyone and we are really looking forward to seeing the great work that is being done at home! We had an exciting day yesterday when the Sam Maguire Cup came to visit! The Dublin team made history last year after winning five All-Ireland Football Championships in a row. We were delighted to be able to get our photo taken with the famous cup!
